7.2 Closing the awning

➤ Proceed as shown to close the awning (fig. m, page 23 to fig. p, page 24).

NOTICE! Damage hazard
Ensure that the lock is in the “roll-down” position prior to swinging arms
toward vehicle. Failure to do so can cause damage to the lock
mechanism.
NOTICE! Damage hazard
Do not release the awning pull strap directly after turning the lock to the
“roll-up” position. The awning is under tension and could snap back
against the vehicle side.
