Operating manual
The remote control MCR9 is suitable to switch on/off the following inverters via the “Remote Port II” (also see the
operating manual for the inverter):
• MSP702, MSP704, MSP1012, MSP1014, MSP1512, MSP1524, MSP2012, MSP2024, MSP2512, MSP2524
• MSI912, MSI924, MSI1312, MSI1324, MSI1812, MSI1824, MSI1812T, MSI1824T, MSI2312T, MSI2324T,
MSI3512T, MSI3524T
Displays
The red LED (fig. 1 1) on the front panel displays the following conditions:
• Constant glow: The inverter is switched on.
• Quick flashing: The inverter is switched on by positive battery voltage.
• Slow flashing: The inverter is switched off by positive battery voltage.
Connect
• Insert one side of the RJ-11-cable in the socket “To inverter” (Fig. 2 2).
• Insert the other side of the RJ-11-cable into the “Remote Port II” of the inverter.
Switched on/off by an external signal
The remote control enables the optimal switching on/off of the inverter by an external signal:
• Loosen both Phillips screws and take off the cap (fig. 2 1)
• Set the desired connection on the jumper (fig.2 3):
– Jumper open (A): The inverter is switched on by positive battery voltage
When a plus-signal is present on the control cable, the inverter is switched on.
– Jumpers are connected (B): The inverter is switched off by positive battery voltage
When a plus-signal is present on the control cable, the inverter is switched off (suitable e.g. for roof air
conditioners). If no signal is received, then the inverter works in the previously activated function.
• Mount the cap (fig. 2 1).

Caution!
The control cable has to be secured by a suitable fuse (≤ 1 A).
• Connect the control cable (12 V or 24 V) at the (Abb. 1 4) remote control connection
Operation
• With the “Push” button (fig. 1 2) switch the inverter on or off.

Bedienungsanleitung
Die Fernbedienung MCR9 eignet sich zum Ein-/Ausschalten folgender Wechselrichter über den „Remote Port II“
(siehe auch die Bedienungsanleitung des Wechselrichters):
• MSP702, MSP704, MSP1012, MSP1014, MSP1512, MSP1524, MSP2012, MSP2024, MSP2512, MSP2524
• MSI912, MSI924, MSI1312, MSI1324, MSI1812, MSI1824, MSI1812T, MSI1824T, MSI2312T, MSI2324T,
MSI3512T, MSI3524T
Anzeigen
Die rote LED (Abb. 1 1) auf der Vorderseite zeigt folgende Zustände an:
• Dauerlicht: Der Wechselrichter ist eingeschaltet.
• Schnelles Blinken: Wechselrichter-Einschaltung durch Plus-Batteriespannung.
• Langsames Blinken: Wechselrichter-Ausschaltung durch Plus-Batteriespannung.
Anschließen
• Stecken Sie eine Seite des RJ-11-Kabels in die Buchse „To Inverter“ (Abb. 2 2).
• Stecken Sie die andere Seite des RJ-11-Kabels in den „Remote Port II“ des Wechselrichters.
Über ein externes Signal ein-/ausschalten
Die Fernbedienung ermöglicht das optionale Ein-/Ausschalten des Wechselrichters über ein externes Signal:
• Lösen Sie die beiden Kreuzschlitzschrauben und nehmen Sie die Schutzkappe (Abb. 2 1) ab.
• Stellen Sie am Jumper (Abb. 2 3) den gewünschten Anschluss ein:
– Jumper offen (A): Wechselrichter-Einschaltung durch Plus-Batteriespannung
Der Wechselrichter wird durch ein Plus-Signal an der Steuerleitung eingeschaltet und bleibt eingeschaltet,
solange das Plus-Signal anliegt.
– Jumper geschlossen (B): Wechselrichter-Ausschaltung durch Plus-Batteriespannung
Der Wechselrichter wird ausgeschaltet, wenn an der Steuerleitung ein Plus-Signal anliegt (geeignet z. B. für
Dachklimaanlagen). Wenn kein Signal anliegt, arbeitet der Wechselrichter in der vorher aktivierten Funktion.
• Montieren Sie die Schutzkappe (Abb. 2 1).

Achtung!
Die Steuerleitung muss durch eine geeignete Sicherung (≤ 1 A) abgesichert sein.
• Schließen Sie die Steuerleitung (12 V oder 24 V) am Anschluss (Abb. 1 4) der Fernbedienung an.
Bedienen
• Schalten Sie den Wechselrichter mit dem Taster „Push“ (Abb. 1 2) ein oder aus.

Affichages
La DEL rouge (Fig. 1 1) sur la face avant indique les états suivants :
• Allumage continu : l’onduleur est en marche.
• Clignotement rapide : mise en marche de l’onduleur par la tension positive de la batterie.
• Clignotement lent : mise à l’arrêt de l’onduleur par la tension positive de la batterie.
Raccordement
• Branchez une extrémité du câble RJ-11 dans la douille « To Inverter » (Fig. 2 2).
• Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble RJ-11 dans le « Remote Port II » de l’onduleur.
Mise en marche / à l’arrêt par un signal externe
La télécommande permet d’utiliser une option de mise en marche / à l’arrêt de l’onduleur par un signal externe
• Desserrez les deux vis cruciformes et retirez le capuchon de protection (Fig. 2 1).
• Au niveau du cavalier (Fig. 2 3), réglez le raccordement souhaité :
– cavalier ouvert (A) : mise en marche de l’onduleur par la tension positive de la batterie
L’onduleur est mis en marche lorsqu’un signal positif est présent sur la ligne de commande.
– cavalier fermé (B) : mise à l’arrêt de l’onduleur par la tension positive de la batterie
L’onduleur est mis à l’arrêt lorsqu’un signal positif est présent sur la ligne de commande (idéal p. ex. pour les
climatiseurs de toit). Lorsqu’il n’y a aucun signal, l’onduleur fonctionne selon la fonction activée précédem-
ment.
• Montez le capuchon de protection (Fig. 2 1).

Attention !
La ligne de commande doit être protégée par un fusible adapté (≤ 1 A).
• Raccordez la ligne de commande (12 V ou 24 V) au raccordement (Fig. 1 4) de la télécommande.
Utilisation
• Mettez l’onduleur en marche ou à l’arrêt en appuyant sur la touche « Push » (Fig. 1 2).

Indicaciones
El LED rojo (fig. 1 1) de la parte delantera indica los siguientes estados:
– Luz constante: el inversor está conectado.
– Parpadeo rápido: conexión del inversor debido a la tensión positiva de la batería.
– Parpadeo lento: desconexión del inversor debido a la tensión positiva de la batería.
Conectar
– Enchufe un extremo del cable RJ-11 en el conector “To Inverter” (fig. 2 2).
– Enchufe el otro extremo del cable RJ-11 en el “Remote Port II” del inversor.
Conectar/desconectar a través de una señal externa
El control remoto permite la conexión/desconexión opcional del inversor a través de una señal externa:
– Suelte los dos tornillos de cabeza ranurada en cruz y extraiga la cubierta protectora (fig. 2 1).
– Ajuste la conexión deseada en el jumper (fig. 2 3):
• Jumper abierto (A): conexión del inversor debido a la tensión positiva de la batería
El inversor se conecta si en la línea de control hay una señal positiva.
• Jumper cerrado (B): desconexión del inversor debido a la tensión positiva de la batería
El inversor se desconecta si en la línea de control hay una señal positiva (adecuado, p. ej., para equipos de aire
acondicionado de techo). Si no hay señal, el inversor trabaja en el funcionamiento activado previamente.
– Monte la cubierta protectora (fig. 2 1).

La línea de control debe disponer de un fusible adecuado (≤ 1 A).
– Conecte la línea de control (12 V ó 24 V) a la conexión (fig. 1 4) del control remoto.
Uso
– Conecte o desconecte el inversor con la tecla “Push” (fig. 1 2).

Indicações
O LED vermelho (Fig. 1 1) no lado dianteiro indica os seguintes estados:
• Luz permanente: o conversor encontra-se ligado.
• Pisca rápido: ligação do conversor através da tensão positiva da bateria.
• Pisca lento: desligamento do conversor através da tensão positiva da bateria.
Ligar
• Insira um lado do cabo RJ-11 na tomada "To Inverter" (Fig. 2 2).
• Insira o outro lado do cabo RJ-11 na "Remote Port II" do conversor.
Ligar/desligar através de um sinal externo
O controlo remoto possibilita a ligação/desligamento do conversor através de um sinal externo:
• Solte ambos os parafusos Phillips e retire a capa protetora (Fig. 2 1).
• Ajuste no jumper (Fig. 2 3) a conexão pretendida:
– Jumper aberto (A): ligação do conversor através da tensão positiva da bateria
O conversor é ligado através de um sinal positivo no cabo de controlo e permanece ligado enquanto existir
o sinal positivo.
– Jumper fechado (B): desligamento do conversor através da tensão positiva da bateria
O conversor é desligado se existir um sinal positivo no cabo de controlo (adequado, por ex. para sistemas de
ar condicionado para tejadilho). Se não existir nenhum sinal, o conversor funciona com a função previa-
mente ativada.
• Monte a capa protetora (Fig. 2 1).

Atenção!
O cabo de controlo tem de estar protegido com um fusível adequado (≤ 1 A).
• Ligue o cabo de controlo (12 V ou 24 V) à ligação (Fig. 1 4) do controlo remoto.
Operação
• Ligue ou desligue o conversor com o botão "Push" (Fig. 1 2).
