dealer for details about how to do this in accordance with the applicable disposal
regulations.
10 Troubleshooting checklist
Feature Possible cause Remedy
The device does not switch on
after connection to the 12 V
vehicle socket (the blue LED
(fig. 1 1, page 3) does not light
up).
The cigarette lighter is switched
on via the ignition.
Switch the vehicle ignition on.
The fuse (in the 12 V plug or the
vehicle) is defective.
Have an electrician replace the fuse.
The device switches on and off
repeatedly.
The constant load is too high (the
consumer unit has a power
consumption of more than
100 W).
Reduce the constant load.
The inverter switches off when the
consumer is switched on.
The starting current of the
consumer is too high.
Compare the device power with the
maximum power of the inverter.
