Site and System Summary
Start by recording the site and system data for the facility.
To record the site and system data
1 Click the Site and System Summary button on the wizard.
2 Fill in the facility ID, address, and display location information.
3 Use the pull-down arrows to enter the date of installation and
the date of survey.
4 Enter the name of the medical physicist.
5 Click Submit to finish.
