Procedure
1. On the web UI, under Status on the navigation bar, select Event Logs.
2. Click Download to save the event logs available in the Event Logs view to a file on your hard
disk.
6.5 Downloading system logs
Save the system logs to your hard disk, and send them to Dolby Laboratories for detailed
analysis and response.
About this task
System logs include detailed information required by Dolby Laboratories for support when
system failures occur.
Procedure
1. Under System on the navigation bar, select Admin.
2. In the System Logs panel, click Download to save the system logs file to your hard drive.
3. Send the system logs file to Dolby Laboratories for detailed analysis and response.
