The general sequence for decoding operations is:
1. Select the input, presentation (if available), source, and channel pair.
2. Configure the decoder for the required Dolby codec or contribution format:
Dolby Digital Plus
Dolby Digital Plus with Dolby Atmos content
Dolby Digital
Dolby AC-4
Dolby E
Dolby ED2
3. Configure the appropriate output.
4.1 DP580 display bar
The DP580 display bar provides a visual reference for the statuses of the active input stream.
This figure shows the DP580 display bar, which provides:
1. Input source information
2. Loudness correction information
3. Audio output meter levels
4. Loudness level displays
