Procedure
1. Under the System menu, click Administration and then scroll to the System clock panel.
2. Check the Current Date/Time setting:
If it does not reflect the exact local date and time, proceed to the next step.
If the date and time are correct, installation and setup are complete and you can proceed
to other operations.
3. In the Time Zone field, click the drop-down menu, select a description for the time zone that
includes your locality, and then click the Set Time Zone button.
4. In the Date/Time field:
a) Click in the first (date) field, and then select the current date from the calendar that is
displayed.
You can move the calendar back and forth to other months or years by clicking the
double-carat symbols to the right or left of the year and month displayed.
b) Click in the second (hour) field, and then select the current hour from the drop-down list
of times. The times are based on a 24-hour clock.
c) Click in the last (minute) field, select the current minute from the drop-down list, and
then click the Set Date/Time button.
