measureddialogueloudnessisgreaterthantheoriginaldialoguenormalizationvalue
within±1dB.Ifthemeasureddialogueloudnessisbelow–32LKFS,theaudioisscaled,
resultinginantheaveragedialogueloudnessof–31LKFSwithdialoguenormalizationset

to–31.Allremainingmetadataispreserved.
