Whenaworkorderisrunningandyoupressorclickthisicon,theworkorder
pauses.Toresumeprocessing,clickorpressthisiconagain.
Whenyouselectaworkorderinthedatabase,andthenpressorclickthisicon,the
Edit Selected Workorderscreenappears, asshowninFigure 2 ‐51.Inthisscreen,you
canedityourworkordersettings.After makingthedesiredchanges,youcaneither
select
updatetoupdatethecurrentworkorderorselectcreate newtocreateanew
workorder.Ifyoucreateanewworkorder,werecommendenteringanewnameto
differentiateitfromtheoriginalworkorder.Thenewworkordernowappearsin
theworkorderdatabase.

Section 2.4.Oneoftheseiconsisdisplayed,dependingonthestateoftheselected
workorder.Iftheselectedworkorderisrunningorscheduled,the
cancelicon
appearsandyoucanpressorclickthisicontocanceltheselectedworkorder.Ifthe
selectedworkorderisnotscheduledorrunning,the
deleteiconappears,andyou
candeletetheworkorderfromthe database.Ineithercase,apromptappears,
whichasksyoutoconfirmyouraction(cancelordelete).Select
okorcancelatthe
confirmationprompt.
