for temperature measurement. This sensor (in the following: sensor
temperature measurement has a nearly linear characteristic curve (see

A polynomial of degree 3 is sufficient for describing the resistance
characteristic of the sensor used for temperature measurement (KTY84-
130). In the following, this is specified for determining a temperature from
a given resistance and vice-versa.
