The Safety Interlock Box uses a limit switch to de-energize the outlet when the drawer starts to close and can be added to any 15 or
20 amp Blade Series outlet. The Safety Interlock Box is optional in the US and can be added as a second layer of safety for additional
peace of mind. In Canada, the Safety Interlock Box satises the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) for AC outlets in
enclosed spaces.
