Location Mode: Fast location and high precision location can be selected, and the selection
basis refers to feature match.
Scale Mode: it includes auto mode and manual mode. When its auto mode can meet
demands, it will not adjust. If not, it will switch to manual mode.
Roughness scale: the higher the roughness scale parameter, the greater feature scale, and
its respective edge points will be sparse. But, in this way, it can speed up feature matching speed,
and the range is 1 to 20 by default. When the value is 1, it means the finest. After adjustment, the
contour point quantity will change, as shown below.
Fine Scale: only supports the positioning mode of selecting high precision, which
represents the fine degree of extracted feature particles. It is less than or equal to the rough ness
scale, which is only an integer. When the fine scale value is 1, the fine degree is the largest, the
number of edge points is the largest, and the precision is the highest.
Threshold Mode: when its auto mode can meet demands, it will not adjust. if not, it will
switch to manual mode.
Contrast Threshold: it means the contrast value. It is related with feature points and gray
value of background. The larger the value, more feature points will be eliminated, and the range is
1 to 255 by default.
Rotation Angle: It means the angle threshold between the mask and the image to be
detected. If the result is not successfully matched during modeling, it is recommended to increase
the rotation angle.
Rotation Step: the range is 0.1 ° to 1 °, and it is recommended to use the defaulted value.
Projection Interval: the range is 1 to 10. If the number of matching points detected during
modeling is small, it is recommended to increase the projection interval
Mark Type: According to the selection of the tested image, when the image is a hollow
cross, the mark type selects a hollow cross in principle, vice versa.
Running Parameters
You can configure various parameters of the graphics positioning module and restrict the positioning
conditions, so as to better meet your needs.
(1) Basic Parameters
Min. Match Score: the match score means the similarity between feature template and
target in searched images. It is also called as similarity threshold. Only when the target's similarity
reaches similarity threshold, it can be searched out. The max. value is 1 which means totally matched,
and it is 0.5 by default.
Max. Match Number: it is the max. target quantity can be searched. It is 1 by default and
the range is 1 to 200.
Match Polarity: polarity means the color transition from feature image to background.
When the edge polarity of the searched target does not match with feature template polarity, but you
want to make sure the target is searched, then you need to set match polarity as ignored. if not, you
can set as considered, and search time can be reduced.
