To turn off the VOX mode proceed as follows:
1. Press the
Menu button 4x until the VOX-icon
begins fl ashing on the display.
2. While the icon is fl ashing press the Down button

until the bars in the lower right corners disappears.
3. Press Menu button twice to confi rm.
VOX / Baby monitor sensitivity
The VOX sensitivity is adjustable in 3 steps.
To change the VOX sensitivity proceed as follows:
1. Press the Menu button 4x until VOX icon
appears on the display.
2. Press the Up button

to select higher VOX sensi-
tivity.
3. Press the
Down button
▲
to select lower VOX
sensitivity.
4. Press
Menu button twice to confi rm.
Receiving
Every time when the radio detects a valid signal in the
selected channel, the BUSY icon appears.
Volume control
To change the volume proceed as follows:
1. Press the Up button
▲
to increase the volume.
2. Press the
Down button
▲
to decrease the
volume.
3. The volume is indicated by the number of bars in
the lower right corner of the display.
