Configuring Settings for ID Photo Prints

Press S or T to select the layout name you want to
configure.

Press W or X to switch between [ENABLE] and
[DISABLE].

Repeat steps 6 and 7 if you want to configure other
layouts.

When you finish configuration, press the EXEC
button.
Selecting Color or Monochrome for
Prints
Select whether to print in color or monochrome.

Press the MENU button.

Press T on the control button to display [ID PHOTO
SETTINGS] on the LCD display.

Press X.
[COLOR B/W] appears.

Press W or X to select [COLOR] or [BW]
(monochrome).

When you finish configuration, press the EXEC
button.
Configuring Trim Settings
Trimming is used to properly position faces for printing.
The trim position and size can be aligned automatically
using a face recognition function.
Auto alignment ON:
The position and size of the face is detected automatically
from the image data, and trimming is performed
automatically according to the selected layout.
Automatic trimming will not be performed if the face
recognition function does not detect a face. If you do not
obtain the desired facial size and position in your print
results, print with auto alignment turned OFF.
Auto alignment OFF (manual):
Using the image size as a base, perform trimming
according to the selected layout size.
If a face is not properly centered in a print, you can align
the trimming position manually.
Turning auto alignment ON

Press the MENU button.

Press T on the control button to display [ID PHOTO
SETTINGS] on the LCD display.

Press X.
[COLOR B/W] appears.

Press T to display [AUTO ALIGN].

Press W or X to switch between [ON] and [OFF] for
the auto alignment function.

When you finish configuration, press the EXEC
button.
Aligning the trimming position manually
When the auto alignment function is OFF, you can
manually align the trimming position on an image.

Press the MENU button.

Press T on the control button to display [ID PHOTO
SETTINGS] on the LCD display.

Press X.
[COLOR B/W] appears.

Press T to display [FACE OFFSET X].

Press W or X to move the trimming position
horizontally.
The face will move in the direction of the button
arrow. The print position will move 0.5 mm with each
press of the button.

Press T to display [FACE OFFSET Y].

Press W or X to move the trimming position vertically.
Pressing W moves the face down, and pressing X
moves the face up. The print position will move
0.5 mm with each press of the button.
