Selecting the Language
Select the display language of menus and error messages
that appear on the LCD display.

Press the MENU button.

Press T on the control button to display [SYSTEM]
on the LCD display.

Press X.
[SYSTEM SETTINGS] appears.

Press X.
[LANGUAGE] appears.

Press X.
The currently selected language appears.

Press S or T to select the language you want to use,
and press the EXEC button.
The LCD display appears in the selected language.
Configuring Settings for
ID Photo Prints
Selecting the Layout
Select the layout you want to print from the ID photo
layout templates stored on the unit or on an expansion SD
card (page 22).
You can only select layouts that support the size of the
paper loaded in the unit. Layouts that do not support the
size of paper loaded in the unit will not be displayed.
For details on the layouts preinstalled on the unit, see
“Layout List” on page 38.

Press the MENU button.

Press T on the control button to display [ID PHOTO
LAYOUT] on the LCD display.

Press X.
The layout names appear.

Press S or T to select the layout you want to print,
and press the EXEC button.
The selected layout name appears under [READY]. If
the antenna icon appears instead, press S or T to
display the layout name.
Specifying which Layouts to Display
Select whether to display each layout name in the [ID
PHOTO LAYOUT] menu.

Press the MENU button.

Press T on the control button to display [ID PHOTO
SETTINGS] on the LCD display.

Press X.
[COLOR B/W] appears.

Press T to display [ENABLE/DISABLE LAYOUT].

Press X.
The layout names appear with [ENABLE] (display
layout) or [DISABLE] (do not display layout)
displayed.
