Step 2 Press the * button to enter the Set IP Type screen:

Current Type: STATIC
Step 3 Use the NAVIGATION UP or DOWN buttons to change the selection, and
press the * button to select.
2.3.10 – Setting the IP Address (Static IP Only)
If you are instructed by your Corporate Network Administrator or DMX MUSIC to
switch from a Dynamic IP address (DHCP) to a Static IP address, or if you have been
instructed to change your existing Static IP address, follow the steps below to set the
IP address.

ncorrect modifications to the Static IP address
will render the DMM unable to connect and
download music, messaging, and configuration
updates. Please use with caution!
Step 1 From the Set Configuration menu press the NAVIGATION DOWN button
until the “Set IP Address” option is highlighted.
Step 2 Press the * button to enter the Set IP Address screen:
IP address:
###.###.###.###
Hit * to set IP
Step 3 Use the NAVIGATION UP and DOWN to select new IP numbers, and the
NAVIGATION LEFT and RIGHT to move to the next number. Press the *
button to set the IP address. Once the IP address has been changed, a
Test Connection is recommended. Please refer to Section 2.4.2, Test Net
Connection for instructions.
