Troubleshooting Guide
INCIDENT RECOMMENDED ACTION
No music/video
Be certain that the main volume control is turned up on the amplifier
Be certain that the ProFusion input on the amp is turned up
Be certain that there is power to each piece of equipment in your equipment rack.
If, for any reason, the machine is not playing during business hours, check all the
volume controls and make sure they are turned to the correct position. Once you
have verified that the volume controls and the amplifiers are set properly, and all
other equipment in the rack has power, try re-booting the machine. (see “To shut
ProFusion down” in the “Operating Instructions” section of this manual).
No music during
non-business hours
ProFusion has been programmed with music start and stop times, according to
your store’s opening and closing times. When the music and videos have
stopped, there is no need to turn the machine off.
The music will automatically
start playing the next morning when you open.
Music is too
loud/too soft
Locate the main volume control in the equipment rack and adjust accordingly.
Rebooting
If a reboot is necessary, follow the shut down procedure that is listed above. To
turn the machine back on, simply press the power button all the way in. The
device will take about one minute to boot up. During this time, the lights will
flash; do not touch the machine while these lights are flashing. Music and videos
should automatically begin playing when the lights stop flashing; if it does not,
please call DMX MUSIC Customer Care for technical support (1-800-345-5000).
