 Separate alarm panels should be installed for each building as described
above to ensure a high level of protection and eliminate a single point of
failure.
 All alarm panels to have full battery back-up and multiple paths of
communication (POTS line, radio, Internet).
 All keypads will be non-touch screen and backlit for ease-of-viewing.
 Forward looking infrared cameras to cover inner perimeter (FLIR) to
provide protection in all weather conditions and alert on-premise staff
via wireless device i.e. iPhone. Wireless devices by others.
 All 120VAC power required for equipment to be provided by others.
 Video analytic software to provide notification of persons on property
and distinguish between animals and humans in-terms of size. Please
note that these analytic systems do not provide 100% detection and may
also have false, positive activations on occasion.
 Video to maintain privacy and discretion as only basic imagery will be
provided and not actual faces, bodies of people by use of FLIR
technology.
 New video server in server room in accordance with Daniel’s
requirements and storage to be designed at (21) days.
 Low power wireless LAN for video transmission in accordance with
Daniel’s requirements for coverage from gate to rear of property.
 Any existing wireless devices that are able to be hardwired will be
changed at time of installation.
 Any existing wireless devices that cannot be hardwired will be made
more discreet if at all possible as indicated above.
 Low/high temperature sensors to be placed as required in all buildings.
 Water detection sensors to be placed as required in all buildings as
required.
 All devices will be suitable for extreme temperature conditions as
required.
 Full on-site supervision of installation by HS.
 Full training of client, IT personnel, and Caretaker.
 End user training of client.
 Full attic stock of parts on-site as discussed.
 Strategic partner within “one plane stop” in-case of catastrophic failure
 (2) visits per year for required preventative maintenance by Truefort
(HS).
 No local vendor interaction to maintain full privacy.
