General Summary of Installation
 Telephone services at road – provide day/night, vandal resistant CCTV camera to
view general areas of incoming services and physical protection in the form of
sealed reed contact switches as needed for equipment enclosures for these
entry points, i.e. telephone company handoff. Fence (by others) with intrusion
detection sensors to also be placed at this location.
 Gate Entrance – provide Bosch license plate camera, improve gate intercom
camera quality by replacing same and replacing existing camera with
indoor/outdoor, day/night, vandal resistant mini-dome camera to increase the
overall view of this entry point.
 Road leading from gate into property – An additional camera (indoor/outdoor,
day/night mini-dome) will be added to view this route in order to have a more
seamless view of approaching vehicles. Mounting pole to be provided by others.
 Fuel shed – provide exterior camera coverage of area and structure by way of
indoor/outdoor, day/night, mini-dome.
 Caretaker’s residence – Replace any and all control equipment and wireless
devices for complete perimeter protection. Install smoke and heat detection
devices as required for residential structure and garage area (heat detection for
garage). A separate alarm control panel for this residence will be provided.
 Guest House – An alarm control panel and installation of security/smoke
detection system as required will be installed.
 Barn – An alarm control panel and smoke/heat detection system as required for
all areas will be installed.
 Office – An alarm panel for this structure will be installed and ensure that
intrusion coverage is of area type for times when structure is not occupied.
Temperature/humidity alarms for server room and smoke detection will be
provided as required. Install emergency wireless telephone in safe area.
 Main House – An alarm control panel and alarm sensors for complete perimeter
security will be provided. We will ensure that all existing smoke detectors
function as required and replace any defective devices. Install emergency
wireless telephone in safe area to match phone to be placed in office.
General Notes:
 Additional smoke detection devices only if absolutely necessary and all
locations to be as discreet as possible.
