Rob:
As per our discussions, and feedback received from your June 30, 2010 meeting, we are
pleased to present this proposal for an integrated solution that will encompass intrusion
detection, closed circuit TV, smoke and heat sensing, carbon monoxide detection,
wireless access (WI-FI), and video analytics. Please note that the infrastructure to
support these systems has been captured within our cost estimate and as we discussed,
your local electrical vendor may be involved as required or as per your direction.
A strategic partner of Truefort will be available and at our disposal for any services
needs that may arise following the initial installation. They will also be an integral part
of the initial deployment and will be well versed in the overall installation, thus
providing another resource to you.
Moving from your existing intrusion and fire detection architecture to one that is truly
distributed will remove the issue of a single point of failure as each major structure will
now benefit from a standalone point of control. All control systems will be fully battery
backed up and all equipment will be designed for the challenging environmental
conditions.
Any new devices will be recessed whenever possible thus increasing the aesthetic
appeal of the installation. Should it be required, any devices with the exception of heat
and smoke detectors may be finished as you deem necessary to further blend into their
mounting surfaces.
We have reflected the cost of travel separately in the following pages and have strived
to provide a detailed list of data sheets to accurately reflect our proposed equipment.
Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us at
your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Howard Shapiro
