Intelligent Mode：
1 CHARGE ： Charging the battery according to the selected current level and stop when fully
charged.
2 DISCHARGE ： Discharge by the current 500mA, and then display the discharge capacity after
discharging.
3 TEST ： according the the selected current level, first charging the battery and then
discharging,the discharging capacity is displayed after discharging. And then charging full the battery
and stop.
