42-03 : Class of Service Options (Hotel/Motel)
Description
Use Program 42-03 : Class of Service Options (Hotel) to set the Hotel/Motel Class of Service
(COS) options. Assign Class of Service to extensions in Program 20-06-01. There are 15 Classes of
Service. Refer to the following chart for a description of each COS option, its range and default set-
ting. For additional Class of Service options, refer to Programs 20-06 - 20-14.
