41-08 : ACD Overflow Options
Description
For each ACD Group (1-64), use Program 41-08 : ACD Overflow Options to assign the overflow
mode (0-9), destination and announcement message types. Delay announcement functions are not
available for ACD pilot number call. Each ACD Group can have unique overflow options. The table
below outlines the entry options.

68 = Incoming Ring Group (Program 41-08-06)

03 Delay Announcement Source Type
For each ACD Group (1-64), assign the announce-
ment message types. Delay announcement func-
tions are not available for ACD pilot number call.
Each ACD Group can have unique overflow options.
If multiple sources are required, an entry of "4"
(Flexible) is required. the UX5000 will then refer to
Programs 41-08-08 and 41-08-09.
0 = ACI
1 = VRS (DSPDB)
2 = VMI (Local Voice Mail Integration,
in-skin)
3 = CVM (Centralized Voice Mail)
4 = Flexible (Program 41-08-08, 41-08-09)
