For UX5000 keyset only:
When using a headset on a UX5000
keyset, determine if the off-hook ring-
ing should be heard through the termi-
nal speaker (0) or the headset (1).
When this setting is 0, Program
15-02-12 is followed.
0 = Speaker Off-Hook Ring
1 = Headset Off-Hook Ring
