RAMP AND HINGE ASSEMBLY
1. Place the ramp (20) on the trailer bed and use M10 x 20 (18) bolts and nuts to fasten the hinge
plates (21) and ramp to the rear of the trailer bed, DO NOT over-tighten until the lock nut grabs and
bolt turns freely.
2. Lift up the ramp and lock to the UP position.
NOTE: Please check and tighten all bolts before îš¿nalizing the assembly.
3. At this point your trailer will be fully assembled. (Fig. 10)
