AXLE & WHEEL ASSEMBLY

1. Lay the axle across the springs.

2. Mount the axle to the 3-leaf springs (11) using U-bolts (8), leaf spring plates (12) and M12 nylock

nuts to fasten the plates to the U-bolts (Fig. 5).

NOTE: Insert the raised point of the spring into the concave side on the axle. Make sure that the

axle is in the right position. See Fig. 5 for a closer view of the wheel.

3. Install the wheels with the 10 wheel nuts provided.

NOTE:

z The wheel nuts will need to be torqued after the trailer is ipped over and the wheel can be better

held.

z Tapered ends of the wheel nuts must be facing inward toward the wheel.
