Special Information about playing MP3-CDs

When you have inserted a MP3 CD you see a menu showing the folders on the CD. Use the

navigations keys

56 to select the desired folder, then press the ENTER button. Now the

MP3 tracks inside are displayed.

Use the navigation keys 56 to choose the desired track and press the ENTER button.

Playback begins and will proceed with the following tracks. The name of the file currently

being played is indicated on the turquoise bar.

With this navigation key 3 you change back to the display of the superior level.

Press the STOP < button to stop playback.

If you press the REPEAT button once the currently played track will be repeated. The

SKIP buttons are deactivated in this operation mode!

When you press the REPEAT button twice all files within the folder will be repeated. To re

sume normal playback just press the REPEAT button again, until “FOLDER” is displayed.

The REPEAT and RANDOM functions are not available in MP3 mode.

Use these 78 buttons during playback to increase the playback speed depending on

how often you press up to 2-, 4-, 8-, or 16fold. Press the

7 or 8 button again to resume

playback with normal speed.

Press 9 or : to skip to the previous or next MP3 track.

We recommend to switch off the screen using the SCREEN ON/OFF button during CD /

MP3 operation. Especially when using the rechargeable battery for power supply this helps

to save energy.
