Wired Network
$ sudo ifconfig eth0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
$ ifconfig
Wireless Network
$ sudo ifconfig wlan0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
$ ifconfig
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address that you wish to use. The commands above
can also be used to check if the configuration is correct.
