are responsible for shipping costs

technical staff will examine
the
product
to
identify
the
responsible
party.
If
a product is out
of
the
manufacturer warranty
or
does not belong to
any
manufacturer warranty
issues,
OJI
will
adV1se
you
of
the
cost of repair
and
return
delivery prior
to
repair
or
send back the product.
If
your
product

not covered by
the
manufacturer warranty,
you
can still
request a paid repair
service.
