These Safety Guidelines contain instructions for safety, operation
and maintenance. It is essential to read and follow all of the instructions and
warnings prior to assembly, setup
or
use. in order to operate the product
correctly and safely, avoiding damage
or
serious injury.
Intelligent Battery Safety Guidelines
(&
WARNING]
To
avoid fire, serious injury, and property damage, observe the following safety
guidelines when using, charging,
or
storing your Intelligent Batteries.
Battery Use
1.
DO NOT allow the battery
to
come into contact with any kind
of
liquid. DO NOT
leave the battery out in the rain, or
in
damp or wet humid environments. If the
inside of the battery comes into contact with water, chemical decomposition
may occur, possibly resulting
in
the battery catching fire, or even explode.
2. Never use non-OJI™ batteries. Go to www.dji.com to purchase new batteries.
OJI
is not responsible
or
liable, directly
or
indirectly, for damages
to
equipment
caused by the use
of
non-OJI batteries.
3. Never use
or
charge swollen, leaky,
or
damaged batteries. If your battery
is abnormal, contact
OJI
or a OJI authorized dealer immediately for further
assistance.
4.
Ideally, the battery should
be
used in temperatures ranging from -4°F (-20°C)
to 104°F (40°C). Battery usage in environments above 104°F (40°C) can lead
to serious damage and
in
environments above 140°F (60°C) can lead
to
a fire
or
an explosion. Battery usage in temperatures below -4°F (-20°C) can lead to
permanent damage, even
an
explosion.
