When both compressors are activeted the thermoregulation is done with the variation of the capacity percentage.
When the thermoregulation switches off the ON/OFF compressor, the controller manages the capacity percentage to follow the real
request.

Compressor activation:
when the compressor is activated the capacity percentage is forced at the value configured in CO55 parameter.
