Changing the Privacy Settings
1. Select the Video Settings, Music Settings, or Pictures Settings tab in the DivX Connected
Server.
2. Select the desired folder and click ‘Set Folder Privacy’. The following screen appears:
3. Check the ‘Make this content available only when logged in’ box if you want the media
available only when a device is logged in.
4. Assign PIN protection (optional):
1. Click ‘PIN Management’
2. Check ‘Enable PIN Protection’
3. Enter a 4 or 5 digit number in the PIN code field.
By default, the media in the folder is available to all devices that log in using the PIN, except for
devices that are restricted by privacy settings.
5. Select ‘Make this content available only to the selected devices below’ to restrict specific
devices from using the media in the folder.
By default, the media in the folder is available to all devices that log in, and some folders require a
PIN.
6. Check the box for each DivX Connected device that requires access to the media in the folder.
