address a key vulnerability of Twisted Pair Video
CCTV systems – the video wire. Lacking even the
minimal amount of protection that a shielded coaxial
line has, Twisted Pair Video systems are vulnerable
to surges entering on the unshielded video wiring,
potentially damaging cameras, converters, or head
end equipment.
