MECHANISCHE INSTALLATIE Zie de tekeningen van de mechanische installatie op pagina 22 - 23 (uit te nemen blad in het midden) 3.1 Eerste controles (fig.1) • Controleer de afmetingen van de ruimte en of ze overeenkomen met de maten van de deur, rekening houdend met de noodzakelijke tolerantie indien de installatie binnen de spanwijdte plaats moet vinden. Controleer of er geen obstakels zijn die de montage belemmeren.
NL 4. ELEKTRISCHE AANSLUITINGEN 4.1 Elektrisch schakelpaneel • Plaats in de behuizing de kabels met de voorbedrade klemmenborden en sluit ze aan op de kaarten (fig.17). Leg de kabels in de kabelgoot en sluit de connectors die op de motor zijn voorbereid aan (fig.18). 4.2 Aansluitingen elektrisch schakelpaneel / motor / beveiligingen • In figuur 19 zijn de geleverde bedradingen schematisch afgebeeld en hun plaatsing in de deur; elke bedrading wordt geïdentificeerd door een speciale code op een sticker. 4.

6. CONTROLES EN START 6.1 Controle van de bewegingsrichting • Zet het doek op ongeveer halverwege de slag. • Activeer de deur met de betreffende drukknoppen en controleer of de bewegingsrichting juist is. • Keer, indien nodig, de bewegingsrichting om: wijzig de sequentie van de fasen van de lijndraden vóór de hoofdschakelaar. 6.2 Regeling van de balk • Schroef vast totdat de microschakelaar in werking treedt en schroef dan een halve slag los. Vergrendel het contact (fig.20).

OPSPOREN VAN STORINGEN gevaar Alvorens werkzaamheden en werk binnenin de elektronische apparaten uit te voeren, dient u te controleren of de stroomtoevoerleiding losgekoppeld is De instructies die volgen zijn alleen bedoeld voor gekwalificeerd en bevoegd personeel. Specifieke wetten aandacht en bepalingen dienen altijd in acht genomen te worden, ook als dat niet uitdrukkelijk vermeld wordt. Gebruik voor reparaties en vervangingen altijd en alleen originele reservedelen van Ditec Entrematic.
8. ONDERHOUDSSCHEMA (elke 6 maanden) Er moeten regelmatig inspecties worden uitgevoerd, met inachtneming van de geldende landelijke voorschriften en van de productdocumentatie, door gekwalificeerde en door Ditec Entrematic opgeleide technici. De frequentie van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden moet voldoen aan de geldende landelijke voorschriften en aan de productdocumentatie.
NL Aanwijzingen voor GEBRUIK EN ONDERHOUD ALGEMENE WAARSCHUWINGEN M.B.T. DE VEILIGHEID Deze handleiding maakt integraal en essentieel onderdeel uit van het product en moet overhandigd worden aan de gebruiker van het product. Dit document moet bewaard worden en overhandigd worden aan eventuele volgende gebruikers van het systeem. Het betreffende automatische systeem is een "deur met verticale beweging", is bestemd voor het gebruik waarvoor deze uitdrukkelijk is ontworpen.
8. NL GEBRUIKSAANWIJZINGEN Bedieningscategorie 5 (minimum 5 jaren van bedrijf met 600 cycli per dag) Gebruik: ZEER INTENS (voor industriële en commerciële ingangen met zeer intens gebruik) • De bedieningscategorie, de gebruikstijden en het aantal opeenvolgende cycli geven alleen een algemeen idee. Ze werden op statistische wijze gemeten in gemiddelde gebruiksvoorwaarden en zijn niet zeker voor elk afzonderlijk geval.

3. MECHANICAL INSTALLATION See the relevant drawings of the mechanical installation at page. 22 – 23 (central sheet to be removed). 3.1 Initial checks (fig.1) • Check the size of the opening and that it corresponds to the measurements of the door supplied bearing in mind any tolerances needed if installed within the doorway. Check that obstacles do not prevent installation. • Make sure that the mounting surfaces are level and adjust them using suitably sized spacers if necessary.
EN 4. Electric connections 4.1 Control panel • Insert the cables with pre-wired terminal boards in the housing, and connect them to the cards (fig.17). Fit the cables in the conduit and connect the connectors on the motor (fig.18). 4.2 Connecting the control panel / motor / security • Figure 19 shows the layout of the cables supplied, and their position in the door; each cable is identified by a special code on an adhesive label. 4.3 Safety photocells • Wire the device as per the diagram (fig.19).

6. CHECKING AND STARTING 6.1 Check of the movement direction • Move the panel until it reaches half-way with respect to its stroke. • Open and close the door by pressing the relative push-buttons, and check the correct movement direction. • If required, reverse the movement direction by modifying the sequence of the phase and acting on the line cable before the main switch. 6.2 Cable safety edge adjustments • Screw until micro switch trips, and then loosen a 1/2 turn. Block the contact (fig.20).
EN 7. TROUBLESHOOTING DANGER When working with electrical or electronic controls, make sure that the power source has been locked out and tagged according to approved local electrical codes. WARNING The following instructions are intended only for qualified personnel, authorized to operate under the owners responsibility. Safety rules and local codes must be applied also when our instructions are not specifying it in each single operation.
