Startup/10 Hour
Check Engine Oil Level
Check engine oil level at dipstick opening (1) at
startup and every 10 hours. Raise lift arms and
install safety supports. See “Working under
Raised Lift Arms” on page 68. Oil level should be
at top of marking. If low, add DEO at fill (2). Check
with unit on level surface and at least 15 minutes
after stopping engine.

Check engine coolant level DEAC
Check hydraulic fluid level THF
Check brake operation
Check track tension
Check lug nut torque 88-95 ft•lb (108-129 N•m)
Check hydraulic hoses
TR50 Lube auger bearing MPG
Check digging chain tension
Check restraint bar position MPG
IMPORTANT: Use oil specified in “Engine Oil
Temperature Chart” on page 70.
