50 Hour
Check Hex
Shine flashlight into spindle and check condition
of hex (1) every 50 hours. Replace if rounded.
To replace:
1. Remove SaverLok. Do not remove indexing
dowels from spindle.
2. Slide hex (1) and spring (2) off of drive shaft.
3. Check condition of drive pin (3) and replace if
needed. Lubricate drive shaft.
4. Check o-ring on inner water swivel (seal kit)
and replace if needed.
5. Install new spring and hex.
6. Install SaverLok. See page 202.
