possibility of a severe injury or death happening if
you do not keep the instructions.
1. Do not extend or twist the power cable; a possibility of a fire or
electric shock. Please contact a service center when electrical
work is needed.
2. Only use an exclusive outlet and make sure the voltage
designation of the DC adapter corresponds to the local electrical
supply; a possibility of a fire or electric shock.
3. Never use your LCD monitor if the power cord has been damaged.
Do not allow anything to rest on the power cord, and keep the
cord away from areas where people can trip over it; a possibility
of a fire or electric shock.
4. Do not use your LCD monitor in direct sunlight, and keep it away
from the sources of heat; a possibility of a fire.
5. If your monitor does not operate normally- in particular, if there
are unusual sounds or fumes coming out from it-unplug it
immediately and contact a service center.
6. Never touch the plug with wet hands-a possibility of an electric
shock.
7. Do not clean the front panel with inflammable materials such as
benzene, gasoline, or thinner. Please clean the LCD monitor with a
soft cloth; a possibility of panel damage.

1. To avoid electric shock, never touch the inside of the LCD monitor.
Only a qualified technician should open the case of the LCD
monitor.
2. Never scratch the LCD panel or insert anything into the cabinet
openings of the LCD monitor; a possibility of a fire, electric shock,
or monitor damage.
3. Unplug the LCD monitor when it is going to be left unused for an
extended period of time; a possibility of an unexpected accident.
