Using the System
Up/Down Buttons
Use these buttons to change channels on the cable box.
Select Button
Press the Select button in place of the ENTER button for the cable
box.
Recall Button
Press this button to go back to the last cable box channel you used.
Press it a gain to switch betwee n the last two c able box channels
you used.
Number Buttons
Use these buttons to enter channel num bers.
Control a Tuner or Amplifier
Only the buttons de scribed here contr ol a tuner or amplifier.
Some of the buttons described here m ay not control your tuner
or amplifier. Please see the user’s manual that came with your
tuner or amplifier for more information.
AUX Mode Button
You must first set up the rem ote to control the device. See Set Up the
Remote to Control De vices, beginning on page 68. The n, you must
press the AUX m ode button to set the remote to AUX mode. The AUX mode
button flashes once to show you’ve se t the rem ote to AUX mode. M ake sure
you ke ep the remote in AUX mode to use the buttons described here.
Power Button
Press the blank POW ER button to turn the tuner or amplifier on
or off. P ress the TV power button to turn the TV on or off
