5.2 Hotline and customer service

Zpage 123, „International Service“

The appliance

makes unusual

noises (crackling

or a bang) or cre-

ates sparks

There has been electrical flasho-

ver inside the appliance. The fil-

ter components inside the appli-

ance need to be cleaned

urgently.

Remove and clean the Truman Cell

®.

Re-insert the Truman Cell

®.

If the Truman Cell

® cleaning indicator (" ") then

flashes quickly again, it will need to be repaired by the

Customer Service department (Zchapter 5.2, „Hotline

and customer service“). Return it for this purpose.

Remote control

does not work

Infrared signal from the remote

control is not reaching the sen-

sor.

The sensor for receiving the signals from the remote

control is at the front of the appliance.

The plastic strip which prevents

the battery from discharging

during transportation, has not

yet been removed.

Remove the plastic strip Zchapter 3.2, „Activating the

remote control“.

Battery for the remote control

too low or flat.

Replace the battery, Zchapter 5.4, „Changing the re-

mote control's battery“.
