CHAPTER 4: Operation
The bandwidth of the network connection is displayed at the front panel.
NETWORK
100 (Port 1 & 2)
LED yellow - indicates a 100 Mbit/s
connection
(OFF) = no link
(ON) = link with 100 Mbit/s
NETWORK
1G (Port 1 & 2)
LED green - indicates a 1 Gbit/s connection
(OFF) = no link
(ON) = link with 1 Gbit/s
NETWORK
STATE
LED green - indicates the state of the
RAVENNA module
(OFF) = module not ready
(ON) = module ready
USB
The USB port at the rear panel is used for fi rmware updates of the main frame.
USB USB 2.0 socket (Type B)
Connect here for fi rmware updates.
NOTE
The use of the USB port requires the USB Serial driver (Windows) being installed
fi rst. The driver and the installation instructions are available at www.directout.eu.
