CHAPTER 5: MA2CHBOX Remote
Connecting the device
Remote control is available via two different methods:
a) Serial data via USB
b) Serial over MADI (embedded RS-232 data)
The USB Serial driver is required for method a) only.
However, it is required to have the driver installed
anyway for initial setup and as fallback once a cabling
or other issue interrupts the communication via the
MADI link.
To connect the device via USB:
• Go to ‘Command’ and ‘Select Serial COM port’
• Click Connect or use the connect button
