If dimming, please ensure a compable MLV dimmer switch and dimmable LED xture is installed. Incompable dimmer switches and/or xtures are
the most common triggers for faulty installaons.
Lights are ickering: An incompable dimmer switch or defecve driver may produce excess strobing/ickering. Ensure a compable dimmer is
installed. See dimmer switch specs for minimum load requirements. If excess strobing/ickering is sll apparent, please contact technical support.
Reset breaker trips repeatedly: Ensure each secondary tap is not overloaded more than 50W, and the total waage does not exceed 300W. Ensure
there is not a short circuit occurring. If the breaker connues to trip aer reset then contact technical support as the driver may be defecve.
Excess voltage drop: Ensure applicable AWG wire is installed between driver and xture. Addionally, an MLV dimmer switch will trim voltage down,
causing an output less than 12VDC. Performance will not be aected if the xture is receiving ≥ 10.5VDC. Use the Orange Boost Tap (see ‘Boost Tap’)
as an oponal voltage boost in place of the Black (Line) wire if the xture is receiving noceable light degradaon. Cap the exisng hot wire not in
use.
