Dial Tone Gain
It is the dial tone volume of call waiting, dial tone of mobile module when call
out. default value is 8 dB.
Select Band
Acording to carrier’s band standards. Standards are as belows:
GSM: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz; CDMA: 800 MHz
