A filling and drain device must be provided for in the building
shortly after the infeed of the heating water connections (approx.
0.8 m below ground level) for the heating water flow and return.
For ground-level buildings, a thermally insulated duct is to be
provided or drainage must be possible using compressed air.
The recommended bore diameters for the various house feed-
throughs can be found in the table below.
