Remove the rubber ring from the pole.

Fasten the hardware loosely.
Do not tighten at this step.
Re-install rubber stopper and tighten the bracket
hardware from the previous step.

Attach the lower pole to the base.
Remove the rubber cap from the top pole.
Secure the bracket using holes labeled "B"
in Figure 9.
Install the heater to the xing bracket by setting the
adjustable angle mounting brackets to the desired
angle and fasten the brackets with an adjustable
wrench. (Figure 10)
