evaluated every time you start the test, which is especially useful if you often have
to test fiber connections of different lengths.
If you wish, you can set the device to maintain the same settings (range and pulse)
for all samples. This method is very useful if you need to test several similar fibers
in the same optical cable.
Sampling curves in automatic mode:
1. Clean the connector correctly
2. Connect a startup optical fiber between the tested equipment and the OTDR
port, and set the startup optical fiber length if necessary (refer to setting link
parameters in Section 4.3).
Attention：
Do not connect the load signal fiber to the OTDR port. Any
external signal with strength exceeding - 40 DBM will affect OTDR
sampling. Any external signal with strength exceeding - 20 DBM will
cause permanent damage to OTDR.
3、Click the OTDR icon to enter the OTDR software, and then click the setting
button to enter the parameter setting interface
