Auto increase: check the box. After the file is saved successfully, the file name will
be automatically increased by 1 (it will not be accumulated when saving is
cancelled); When unchecked, no matter whether the file is saved or not, it will not
grow. It is checked by default.
The system provides a total of five save modes for selection. Click the save mode
column to pop up the save setting item.

Auto save: automatically save curve data after measurement, and ask whether to
save it after repetition.
Save when passing: after the measurement is completed, only the curve passing
the measurement will be saved. and ask whether to save it after repetition.
Save in case of failure: after the measurement is completed, only the curves that
fail to pass the measurement will be saved. and ask whether to save it after
repetition.
