2. Push the Blade

Usage and Safety Regulation

Using Cleaver, please be cautious of the following particulars
and prevent your body and property from harm
and use carefully and usefully
Keep Cleaver away from water.
Place Cleaver away from humid and
dusty places.
High temperature causes transforming,
so keep it in normal temperature.
Be careful with serious impact on it.
Be sure that the stripped ber length
should be at least 12mm or longer.
Clean the Cutting-Edge Rubber Pad regularly with alcohol. Try not to
use acetone or corrosive solvent when you clean the rubber pad.
Keep the ber holder clean to ensure no dust in it.
Blade Replacement & Blade Position Adjustment
The cutting spots from 1 to 12 are marked on the blade.
When it does not cleave the ber normally, clean the rubber pad and
the edge of the blade with an-soaked swap. (But do not use acetone
or solvent when you clean the rubber pad.)
However, if it still does not cleave the ber properly, it means the
cutting spot edge is fully used. So, you need to change the cleaving
position. Change the spot and the position according to the following
order when you need.

1. Open the body cover and
put the stripped ber on the
v-groove. And make sure that
the cleave length is set as per
operators’ intended length.
5. Open the cover of the body.
Take out the
cleaved ber with
care in order not to
bring the harm to
the end face of ber.
1. Hold the cleaver body.
Release the
2 setscrews
around Cam
1. Release the center setscrews. Remove
the old blade to replace to new blade.
3. Put the stripped ber into the ber holder
and then close the pressing board. Move the
blade back and forth until the blade can be
touched the ber a little, not much. If not ok,
repeat the step 2, to adjust the blade height.
When ok, Fasten the 2 setscrews around Cam.
3. Fasten the 2 setscrews around Cam
Note: Please do not fasten the ber cleaver with screws that are not
original by yourself.
3. Close the cover and make
sure that the end of the
ber is sticking
out of the rubber
pad exactly in
a straight line.
1. Release the center setscrews around Cam not much.
2. Rotate the blade to the anti-clockwise direction.
Choose the next spot. The blade is originally
xed on “position 1”. Treat the blade with care
not to touch the tip of the blade.
