This section deals with information that you choose to collect and store on the type of tenants you
have, why they rent from you, how they pay, and how much repeat business you have. This
iallows you to create custom reports to help analyze the information for marketing efforts.
First look at “Appendix A, Default Settings & Values.” On Page A-3, the “Default Values” chart
shows four fields under “Misc Setup.” Examine these and decide if this is information you want to
gather and store.
