Pedal Tempo
The Pedal Tempo feature is off by default. This feature provides tap tempo using the
PEDAL SWITCH. This allows you to set the tempo of a loop hands-free, before you
begin recording.
To turn Pedal Tempo on or off:
1. Press the <SETUP> button eight
times or until PdL appears in the
display.
2. Press the <UP/DOWN> buttons to
turn Pedal Tempo on and off.
3. Once the desired selection has been
made, press the <PEDAL SWITCH>
to exit the Setup menu.
NOTE: The Pedal Tempo parameter is a global parameter, so storing is not necessary. Pedal Tempo is
only available when recording new loops and is only active after selecting an empty memory location.
For information on using the Pedal Tempo feature, see “Operation > Recording a Loop Using Pedal
Tempo (Auto Quantize)”.
